i was inspired to blog. by who you ask? random blogs i was reading. so brief update. =D
♥ You love to hate the one who loves the one you hate to love.
i can bet you read that many times before you understood it fully, maybe you still can't understand it but it makes sense, just takes you sometime. =D i googled it and loved the confusion. muahahas.
♥ Wednesday
It was supposedly homework day. Went to sch for a 3hr lit lecture. was suppose to present Chpt 25 of TKAM but we didnt get a chance too. we stopped at Chpt 24 instead. Went home and slacked abit before heading down to Jas' house. it was raining mans. i love it but hate it. if thats possible. when the girls fetched my from the bustop, there were practically having a rain fight. JY spoilt the umbrella by the way. Jas' new Esprit umbrella. hahhas. the amount of homework we actually completed was W-O-W. i finshed up one, ONE amath wrksht and a few questions from the Rev paper. omg. Jas and JY both finished one, ONE compre paper while jas happily left the summay half done. hahas. daph did not even complete her one, ONE SS SEQ qn on globalisation. hahas. she was doing halfway when she got really bored and watched the first episode of death note on my ipod instead. hahas.
& then, we started doing stupid things. i "played" with her drum set. her sis got a new drum set, total awesomeness even though she cant really play. hahahs. then we started piano-ing. i finally got all my piano scores back! jas "stole" my richard clayderman scores for almost a year. lols. and then we were deciding between ordering Sakae or Pizza for dinner and jas chose pizza. then we played Xbox. super funny. i lost terribly. i totally suck at the game. and i almost died playing it or trying to win despite continuous attacks from JY.
finally, at 930pm JY and me departed for daph's hse. a stayover. hahas. an impromptu one.
♥ Thursday
JY and I tried to sleep at about 1,2am. but daph refused to. they wanted to watch Colic (a horror movie) in the middle of the night. obviously i didnt want to. so i think we spent almost 3 hours chatting about anything and everything. and then when i was going to fall asleep having woken up at 6am that morning, daph decided we had to smell every single perfume/lotion/mask/etc she owned. hahhas. it was "torture".
we woke up at 1130am the next day. and there was no progress in homework. omg. we watched Colic first, can't say i enjoyed it. i hate horror films. especially a thai one. it was quite gruesome. then JY's bf arrived and we went to fetch him. the first time im meeting him although the other girls have met him quite a few times alr. we watched I Am Legend. the first time for me and daph while JY and her bf alr watched it. since i considered it half-horror i wasn't really interested. i multi-tasked. watched a new taiwan drama called Zhe Li Fa Xian Ai at the same time. daph caught glances of both. the starting is super funny. Vic Chou is a writer trying to write a new book, then his love story is super super humrous, its the intense kind of love and suddenly he goes "ting dian" which means short-circuit. then when he doesn't know how to continue his story a few lines later, he went "you ting dian" which means short circuit again. HAHHAS. the scene is super funny.
then JY and her bf left for PS, daph and I watched the 2nd episode and i left for home since her family was going for dinner. yet another unproductive day.
♥ Friday
Woke up at 6am. 8am i was at pasir ris mrt. 830am i was on a bus to the Jetty. 9am I was on a boat to Pulao Tekong. it's my brother's NS enlistment day. he is going in for 3 months of pre-training i think. he wont be home for 2 weeks. and i can feel his pain about losing his hair. but no one dared to mention it.
They brought us round for a tour of the island etc then we had lunch with him. they called it our "last meal" with him. i think singaporeans really speak wierdly sometimes. one of the guys went "Parents and families, please wait while your sons practise their swearing." hahhas. he meant practise the allegience pledge. people who dont understand will think their scolding each other or something. and then another went "this is the 24 hr medical centre, its where your sons come to fall sick." lols. he meant its where they come after falling sick. reached home at about 3pm. i wish him all the best in NS. =D
oh yes, and my brother's band is actually a semi-finalist in the Stardust 2008 talent competition organized by NUS so wish him all the best in it too. (:
♥ Saturday
Had jap tuition. did some revision etc. lots of homework left undone. im slowly switching to urgency mode. hhahas. shit, i think i can't finish my homework. zz. so i guess i better go catch up now, its good to know im not the only last minuter. like Nic always says: Procrastinators unite... tomorrow. i think im a liscensed procrastinator, a professional one too. =D
