Fearless.

JLPTはとうとう終わりましたね！
テストはまあまあ、あまり難しくない。
来年、２階のJLPTを受けるかどうかわかりません…
しかし、絶対に頑張ります！
まだ２年の日本語の勉強があるからです。
Monday was spent with Cherylyn! Ahh, that girl is a good shopping companion even when you don't buy anything. =D Well, she insisted on treating me to japanese cuisine because i always help her with online shopping.
We went to Marina Square's Waraku for lunch. =D Shared a japanese pizza, green tea ice cream and choco-banana parfait! yummmm, greeeeeeen tea is love. Hahas, the pizza was awesome too, the crust is super thin, reminds me of pizza hut's viva crust pizza. But the jap one is really much much thinner.
After that we went shopping, particularly for heels. I wasn't expecting to buy anything cos i just spent quite a sum online shopping. Bought something to wear for christmas!! Ahh. Cherylyn saw this pair of pretty platform heels at Novo and decided that her brother will buy it for her for christmas. Hahhas, that scheming girl is going to bring him there and pretend to spot the heels and make him buy it. hahas! Girls are scheming, watch out!
Found out that Cherylyn wants to go the ACJC too! Suddenly so many people i know want to go to AC! Well, lets hope we all get in. We both agreed that this year's CNY is going to be hell. Every house we go to, people is bound to ask about O level results and which school we're going. My dad suggested that I 1)Become top scorer, end up on tv so no one needs to ask, 2)Paste my results on my forehead for CNY to save myself the trouble. =D I think the latter is more realistic.
Today was spent watching LIAR GAME again. Omg man, im watching it again so soon. This is all Cherylyn's fault too. We were at starbucks and talking about dramas. Then she asked me to tell her about jap dramas. So i recommended LIAR GAME and ended up telling her half the story at starbucks! Then we both got sooo excited and wanted to watch it immediately. Currently she's hooked and I just finished watching it again. Shota-kun is too too cool. Seeing him makes me sooo happy. =D I never really noticed him in Hana Yori Dango, must be because Matsu Jun takes up all the space. =D and I'm too distracting fawning over Oguri Shun, who looks utterly cute with his hoodie on.
I have been drawing much too. Stopped drawing for soo long due to O levels. But getting caught up with ASOS fashion makes my hands so itchy! The heels are still the hardest to draw depending on the way the model stands. Sometimes i have the design in mind but its just in the wrong angle. Hhaas, so ultimately, boots are the easiest to draw on. But i managed to successfully draw on sling-back heels, realised they didnt really match the dress and changed them to wedges.
Anyway, music. I managed to actually like Taylor Swift's new album. After listening to White Horse in Daph's car that day, i was convinced she sings like the old Avril Lavigne. Yea it's too different genre of songs, but if Avril were to sing her songs, i bet they would sound almost the same, only Avril's voice will be slightly deeper. So i decided to listen to the whole album .
My favourite should be Fearless. I'm so hooked on this song.
So baby drive slow, 'til we run outta road. Other favourites would be Change, You Belong With Me and Breathe. The rest are so-so, and yes, Love Story is not one of my favourites, i just can't seem to exceptionally like this song. Those 4 songs above beat Love Story hands down in my opinion.
Breathe is definitely Bella and Jacob's song as everyone says. It really suits them so much, a pity its not in the Twilight soundtrack. Apparently, everyone is linking Taylor's Fearless album to Twilight, Fearless is apparently Bella and Edward's song. Hahhas, Taylor's fans are getting so irritated by the Twilight fans, i think a war might start on youtube and in forums. Anyway, back to Breathe, Taylor's singing style in breathe is undeniably like Avril's songs before Girlfriend. Breathe reminds me of songs like Keep Holding On, Don't Tell Me and Nobody's Home. She sounds so much like Avril in so many lines so much that i think im starting to like Taylor Swift. Or maybe its cause i miss Avril Lavigne so much. Ahhh, she was my favourite singer, what happened! Why did she have to not like his girlfriend? ): But i still prefer Avril's genre ultimately, Taylor's is really too much teenage lovey-dovey and romeo and juliet and whatnots, not really to my liking. Abit is okay but all her songs are about the same thing. Hahhas.
Right now, im gonna catch Wild Child, which Cherylyn said was awesome. And I'm gonna listen to some Let Go and Under My Skin songs. =D
